Class meets on Tuesday mornings (during school term time) at 10.00am and lasts for 1.5 hours.
Moderately energetic - probably not suited to those under the age of 40.
The cost is £3 per session.
Refreshments are available at the close of the class for a very moderate charge.
This is a very happy class where laughing is as important as the exercise. Each lesson consists of:
- Warm up
- A little stamina work
- A movement sequence taught over 3-4 weeks
- Some floor work - mainly stretching out the spine and major joints
- Relaxation and cool down
- Final stretching routine to avoid aching
The class is tutored by a registered teacher of the Keep Fit Association (and a qualified first-aider).
